33mwm Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

4 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on the 33mwm platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The existence of more than one account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method may be treated as evidence of multi-accounting and will result in account closure.

Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence.

7 Withdrawals

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in your account settings and may vary by account tier and payment method.
• Withdrawals will be sent only to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

33mwm offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the individual promotion page and in the bonus confirmation notification sent to your registered email.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from the account balance.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states that it is combinable with other offers.
• Wagering requirements on casino bonuses are calculated on eligible slots and table games. Sports betting wagering for sports bonuses must meet minimum odds as stated per promotion — generally a minimum of 1.50 (decimal) per selection.

9 Casino Games

10 Sports Betting

• All odds offered on the 33mwm platform are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• 33mwm reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or limit maximum stake sizes on any event at any time without prior notice.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently postponed, abandoned, or cancelled will be handled in accordance with the specific sport's settlement rules displayed in the sports betting section.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at 33mwm's discretion. The platform may delay or decline in-play bets where the outcome of an event has become reasonably predictable or where technical constraints prevent safe acceptance.
• Obvious pricing errors (also known as "palpable errors") are not binding on 33mwm. Where a clearly erroneous price is offered and accepted, 33mwm reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's balance.
• Winnings from sports bets will be credited to the Player's account within 30 minutes of the relevant market being officially settled, which typically occurs within a few hours of the event concluding.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33mwm platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account-level restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit games, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Colluding with other Players, including in live dealer games or multi-player environments, to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by circumstances beyond 33mwm's reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, acts of God, government action, or third-party service provider outages.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude 33mwm's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other form of liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

16 Privacy and Data Protection
